High or Low is a simple tool: you photograph a nutrition label, and the app answers one word, LOW or HIGH. This page says plainly what happens with your information. The short version: there is almost nothing to tell, because the app collects almost nothing.
The label photo is read right on your device, in your browser. The photo is never uploaded to us, never sent to a server we run, and never stored. When you close the app, it is gone.
High or Low has no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or fingerprinting. It does not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone, because it does not collect any.
The carbohydrate, fiber, and sugar numbers you enter or correct are used only to give you the answer on your screen. They are not saved or sent anywhere.
High or Low is a general information tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor or care team.
